COERR — Centre of Excellence in Resource Recovery for Circular Economy
About COERR

Turning India's waste streams into verified economic and climate value.

The Centre of Excellence in Resource Recovery for Circular Economy (COERR) is a public-private institution anchored by the Government of Karnataka. We operate a 10-acre Recovery Park at Vidya Nagar, Tumakuru, NABL-accredited central laboratories, an incubation centre and a digital operating platform that connects every actor in the circular economy — from policy makers to students.

Mission

Industrialise resource recovery in India by moving technologies from lab to market — through shared infrastructure, certification, capital and data.

Vision

A zero-landfill industrial economy where every tonne of waste is a traceable feedstock and every recovery project is bankable.

Mandate

Notified as the state nodal agency for circular economy projects: project shelf curation, land allotment, lab certification and ESG disclosure.
